Synthetic Biology UK 2019

On the 9th December 2019 The SBRC-Nottingham along with its associated NIBB - CCnet, sponsored and hosted an exhibition stand at the Annual Synthetic Biology UK conference at the University of Warwick.

The exhibition included a bubbling, colour changing bioreactor and our gas fermentation animation both of which were great conversation starters!

Synthetic Biology UK 2019

The Biochemical Society organised the event, which was hosted by WISB (Synthetic Biology Research Centre Warwick).

Synthetic Biology UK 2019 will explore the unique opportunities of research in a number of areas of synthetic biology, establishing likely future directions and facilitating discussion about appropriate strategies.

It will provide an excellent framework for younger scientists and engineers to learn about burgeoning new areas of activity, including the engineering of microbial communities and of microbial-plant interactions.
