Case Study 


Our aim is to replace petrochemical derived commodity compounds, utilise waste GHG, and help alleviate climate change. We are designing different bacterial chassis optimised to use waste gases or second generation sugars as feedstocks to produce sustainable biofuels.

Case Study


We are working with CHAIN to help develop new Clostridium – based microbial products for high value human healthcare. CHAIN is based at Imperial College, London, and the core technical team is embedded here within Synthetic Biology Research Centre at the University of Nottingham.
