Dr Ceri Lyn-Adams
Ceri is a Strategy and Policy Manager in the Exploiting New Ways of Working sector at BBSRC and is responsible for Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, Genomics and Mathematical Biology. She is the secretariat for the RCUK Synthetic Biology working group and the BBSRC programme lead for the RCUK Synthetic Biology for Growth Programme and the BBSRC-EPSRC Synthetic Biology Research Centres.
Prior to her current role, Ceri was a Strategy and Policy officer within the same sector at BBSRC where she covered Bioimaging, Technology Development for the Biosciences, and Nanotechnology alongside acting as the secretariat for the Exploiting New Ways of Working Strategy Advisory Panel, and administering the first call of the Tools and Resources Development Fund.
Ceri joined BBSRC after completing a Neuroscience PhD at Warwick University followed by a year of postdoctoral research at the UCL School of Pharmacy.
